Job description

Custom Design: Collaborating with clients to design custom vehicle bodies tailored to their needs, preferences, and intended usage. Translating client requirements into detailed design plans and specifications. Fabrication: Fabricating vehicle bodies using a variety of materials, such as steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and composite materials. Cutting, shaping, and welding materials to construct the framework and body panels according to design specifications. Frame Modification: Modifying vehicle frames to accommodate custom body designs, alterations, or enhancements. Reinforcing frame structures and integrating additional components as needed for strength, stability, and safety. Panel Fitting: Fitting and aligning body panels, doors, hoods, fenders, and other components to ensure proper fitment and alignment. Welding or fastening panels securely in place to create a seamless and cohesive body structure. Painting and Finishing: Preparing vehicle bodies for painting by sanding, priming, and applying paint coatings. Selecting appropriate paint colors, finishes, and techniques to achieve desired aesthetic results. Applying clear coats and finishes for durability and protection. Custom Features: Incorporating custom features and accessories into vehicle bodies, such as spoilers, body kits, roof racks, bumpers, and trim. Integrating functional and decorative elements to enhance the appearance and performance of vehicles. Interior Customization: Customizing vehicle interiors to complement exterior body designs and reflect client preferences. Installing custom upholstery, trim, seating arrangements, and interior accessories to create a personalized and comfortable environment. Specialized Vehicles: Building specialized vehicles for specific purposes, such as commercial trucks, utility vehicles, emergency vehicles, recreational vehicles, and custom-built cars. Adhering to industry regulations and standards for vehicle construction and safety. Quality Control: Conducting thorough inspections and quality checks throughout the body building process to ensure adherence to design specifications, structural integrity, and safety standards. Rectifying any defects or issues promptly to meet client expectations. Testing and Certification: Testing completed vehicle bodies for structural integrity, safety, and performance. Obtaining necessary certifications, approvals, or inspections from regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of design plans, fabrication processes, materials used, and quality assurance checks. Providing documentation such as build sheets, specifications, and certifications to clients and regulatory agencies as needed. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the body building process, from initial consultation to final delivery. Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
