Ensure proper alignment, fitment, and functionality of integrated components. Surface Preparation and Finishing: Prepare surfaces of the vehicle body for finishing treatments, such as painting, coating, or surface treatments. Clean, sand, prime, and seal surfaces to achieve smoothness, adhesion, and corrosion protection before applying finishing materials. Painting and Refinishing: Apply paint, coatings, or graphics to the vehicle body to enhance aesthetics, durability, and branding. Use spray guns, paint booths, and finishing techniques to achieve desired colors, textures, and finishes for the vehicle body. Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct quality control checks and inspections throughout the body building process to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Verify structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and finish quality of the completed vehicle body. Testing and Validation: Perform functional tests and validation procedures on the completed vehicle body to verify performance, functionality, and reliability. Test systems, components, and features to ensure proper operation under real-world conditions. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of design specifications, fabrication processes, material specifications, and quality assurance documentation for each vehicle body built. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry codes, and customer requirements. Customer Delivery and Support: Deliver completed vehicle bodies to customers and provide instruction, training, and support on proper use, maintenance, and care of the vehicle body.
