Ensuring that documents are accurately filed and organized for easy retrieval. Data Entry: Entering and updating customer information, policy details, and other data into the company's database or CRM system. Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of information. Billing and Payments: Assisting customers with billing inquiries, processing payments, and resolving billing-related issues. This could involve accepting payments in person, over the phone, or through online payment portals. Policy Issuance: Assisting with the issuance of new insurance policies, including gathering necessary information from clients, preparing policy documents, and ensuring that all required forms are completed accurately. Claims Support: Providing support to customers throughout the claims process, including assisting with claim submissions, gathering necessary documentation, and providing status updates.
