Facilities Management: Assist with maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the workplace by performing tasks such as cleaning, tidying up common areas, and arranging furniture and equipment. Office Support: Provide general support to office staff, such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying documents, distributing supplies, and running errands as needed. Meeting and Event Support: Set up meeting rooms or event spaces by arranging seating, setting up audiovisual equipment, and providing support during meetings or events, including serving refreshments if required. Customer Service: Greet visitors, clients, or customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with directing them to the appropriate personnel or area and providing basic information or assistance as needed. Security Assistance: Assist with maintaining security measures by monitoring access to the premises, checking identification, and ensuring that visitors adhere to security protocols and procedures. Equipment Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks for office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines. Report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for repair or replacement. Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for office supplies, ensuring that adequate supplies are available and replenishing stock as needed. Assisting Staff: Support staff members with tasks such as filing documents, organizing files or records, and assisting with data entry or other administrative tasks to help improve overall efficiency. Emergency Response: Be familiar with emergency procedures and protocols, including evacuation plans and first aid procedures. Assist with implementing emergency response measures as directed during drills or actual emergencies. Special Projects: Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by supervisors or management, which may involve research, data collection, or other tasks to support organizational goals and objectives. Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between different departments or personnel within the organization, relaying messages, requests, or information as needed to facilitate communication and collaboration. Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and visitors. Report any safety hazards or concerns to appropriate personnel for resolution. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions or workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to job duties, safety protocols, and organizational policies and procedures. Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with colleagues, clients, visitors, or other individuals associated with the organization. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and efficiency in the performance of job duties, and provide feedback or suggestions for improvement to supervisors or management.
