Monitoring sales performance, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for business growth and market expansion. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and business partners. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations. Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance and profitability of branches within the area. Analyzing financial reports, budgets, and expenses to optimize cost-efficiency and maximize profitability. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Managing inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and distribution processes to meet customer demand and operational needs. Optimizing inventory turnover, minimizing stock-outs, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating with marketing teams to plan and execute localized marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns. Aligning marketing strategies with regional trends and customer preferences to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
