Administer medications, perform basic wound care, and initiate emergency protocols as needed. Health Education: Offer health education and preventive care guidance to guests, providing information on topics such as sun safety, hydration, insect bite prevention, and general wellness practices. Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications to guests who require them during their stay at the resort. Ensure accurate medication administration, monitor for adverse reactions, and maintain medication records. Health Promotion Programs: Develop and implement health promotion programs and wellness initiatives for guests, such as fitness classes, nutrition workshops, and smoking cessation programs. Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Coordinate care with external healthcare providers, such as local clinics, hospitals, or emergency services, for guests who require additional medical attention beyond the scope of on-site healthcare services. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for guests, documenting assessments, treatments, and interventions in compliance with privacy regulations and healthcare standards. Infection Control: Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases within the resort. Educate staff and guests on hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and other preventive measures. Health Screening: Conduct health screenings or wellness checks for guests upon request or as part of resort-sponsored events. Screen for common health issues such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. Crisis Management: Assist with crisis management and disaster preparedness efforts, participating in drills, training sessions, and emergency response protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
