Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in medical records. Adhere to legal and ethical standards of documentation and confidentiality.
