An all rounder works both front of house and behind the scenes. All rounders perform a number of tasks ranging from welcoming and seating customers, through food preparation and table service, to restocking and cleaning duties. Some handling of cash and shopping duties can also be required. Responsibilities : Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pan and kitchen scales.
