Allowing the chicken to marinate for an adequate amount of time to absorb flavors before grilling. Grilling or Roasting: Grilling or roasting the marinated chicken to perfection, using techniques that achieve a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure chicken is cooked through while retaining moisture. Presentation and Garnishing: Plating the grilled Alfaham chicken attractively, often accompanied by traditional sides such as Arabic rice, hummus, salad, or garlic sauce (toum).
