Grilling and Cooking: Grilling the marinated chicken over charcoal or in a grill oven (tandoor), ensuring even cooking and imparting a smoky flavor. Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to achieve tender, juicy chicken with a crispy outer layer. Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients used in preparing Alfaham. Checking the doneness of chicken to meet food safety standards and customer preferences. Presentation and Garnishing: Plating the grilled Alfaham chicken attractively for service.
