Job description

Passenger Check-In: Assist passengers with the check-in process, including issuing boarding passes, tagging luggage, and providing information about flight details and boarding procedures. Baggage Handling: Manage the handling and movement of passenger luggage, including loading and unloading bags onto conveyor belts, sorting baggage, and ensuring timely delivery to aircraft. Security Screening: Assist with security screening procedures, including checking passenger identification, scanning carry-on luggage, and enforcing security protocols in compliance with airport regulations. Boarding Assistance: Facilitate the boarding process by coordinating with gate agents, assisting passengers with boarding, providing information about seat assignments, and ensuring smooth boarding procedures. Gate Operations: Assist with gate operations, including boarding announcements, gate changes, and managing passenger flow at boarding gates to ensure an organized and efficient boarding process. Aircraft Marshalling: Assist with aircraft marshalling and ground movement operations, including guiding aircraft to parking positions, using hand signals and communication devices to communicate with pilots and ground crews. Aircraft Servicing: Coordinate aircraft servicing activities, such as refueling, catering, and cabin cleaning, to ensure aircraft are prepared for departure according to schedule. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with special requests or accommodations to ensure a positive travel experience. Ground Transportation: Assist passengers with ground transportation options, including directing passengers to taxi stands, shuttle services, rental car facilities, and public transportation options. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations or incidents on the ground, including assisting with evacuations, providing medical assistance, and coordinating with emergency response teams as needed. Facilities Maintenance: Monitor and maintain airport facilities and amenities on the ground, including restrooms, seating areas, and public areas, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Communication: Maintain effective communication with airport personnel, airlines, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate ground operations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
