Here's an overview of your responsibilities: Passenger Assistance: You assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes. This may include providing directions, answering questions, and offering guidance on airport facilities and services. Customer Service: You provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner. You strive to exceed passengers' expectations and resolve issues promptly to enhance their experience. Special Assistance: You provide assistance to passengers with special needs, such as individuals with disabilities, elderly passengers, or unaccompanied minors. This may involve arranging wheelchair assistance, escorting passengers through security checkpoints, or providing language assistance. Lost and Found: You assist passengers in locating lost items or reporting lost luggage. You maintain records of found items and follow established procedures for returning items to their owners or forwarding them to the appropriate authorities. Flight Information: You provide passengers with up-to-date flight information, including departure and arrival times, gate numbers, and boarding announcements. You may also assist passengers with rebooking flights or making alternative travel arrangements in the event of delays or cancellations. Security Assistance: You assist passengers in navigating security procedures, such as screening processes and document checks. You provide guidance on items allowed in carry-on luggage and ensure compliance with security regulations. Crowd Management: You monitor passenger traffic flow and assist in managing queues at check-in counters, security checkpoints, and boarding gates. You help maintain order and ensure efficient movement of passengers through the airport. Information Desk Operations: You staff information desks or service counters to provide assistance and information to passengers. This may include distributing maps, brochures, and other informational materials, as well as making announcements over the public address system. Emergency Response: In the event of emergencies or incidents, you follow established procedures for passenger safety and security. You provide assistance to passengers, evacuate areas if necessary, and coordinate with airport staff and emergency responders. Team Collaboration: You collaborate with other airport staff, including airline personnel, security personnel, and ground handling staff, to ensure coordinated operations and seamless passenger experiences.
