Job description

Flight Reservations: Assist customers with booking flights based on their travel requirements, preferences, and budget. Provide information about available flights, schedules, fares, and seat availability. Ticket Issuance: Issue electronic or paper tickets to customers once bookings are confirmed. Ensure accuracy of passenger details, flight information, and ticketing rules in accordance with airline policies and regulations. Fare Calculation: Calculate fares, taxes, and fees for different flight itineraries based on applicable fare rules, discounts, and promotions. Provide quotes and options to customers to help them make informed decisions. Payment Processing: Process payments for flight bookings using cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payment systems. Ensure that transactions are conducted securely and accurately, and provide receipts or confirmations to customers. Booking Modifications: Assist customers with changes or modifications to existing flight bookings, such as date changes, seat assignments, or itinerary adjustments. Coordinate with airlines to make changes and issue revised tickets as needed. Cancellation and Refunds: Handle requests for flight cancellations and refunds from customers, adhering to airline policies and procedures. Process refund requests promptly and accurately, and provide assistance with rebooking alternative flights if necessary. Travel Documentation: Provide information and assistance to customers regarding travel documentation requirements, such as passports, visas, and entry/exit regulations for international travel. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner. Offer assistance with special requests, such as wheelchair assistance, meal preferences, or seat upgrades. Flight Information: Keep customers informed about flight status updates, delays, cancellations, and other relevant information. Monitor flight schedules and communicate changes to affected passengers to minimize inconvenience. Promotions and Special Offers: Inform customers about special promotions, discounts, and offers available for flights, upgrades, or travel packages. Assist customers in taking advantage of these promotions to maximize savings. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of flight bookings, ticket issuances, payment transactions, and customer interactions using booking systems or databases. Ensure that records are organized and easily accessible for reference. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on airline regulations, industry standards, and travel-related policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Adhere to security protocols and data protection guidelines to safeguard customer information.
