Job description

Safety Procedures: Conducting pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrations for passengers, explaining emergency procedures, safety equipment usage, and evacuation protocols to ensure passengers are prepared for emergencies. Cabin Preparation: Inspecting and preparing the aircraft cabin before each flight, including checking emergency equipment, ensuring seats are clean and in working order, and stocking supplies such as food, beverages, and amenities. Passenger Assistance: Welcoming passengers aboard the aircraft, assisting with stowing carry-on luggage, helping passengers find their seats, and providing assistance to passengers with special needs, such as children, elderly passengers, or passengers with disabilities. In-Flight Service: Providing in-flight services such as serving meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers, taking meal orders, and accommodating special dietary requests or preferences. Customer Service: Responding to passenger inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring passenger satisfaction throughout the flight. Safety Monitoring: Monitoring cabin conditions and passenger behavior during the flight, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and taking corrective action as needed to maintain a safe and secure environment. Emergency Response: Assisting passengers and crew members in the event of emergencies such as turbulence, medical incidents, or security threats, following established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone onboard. Communication: Communicating effectively with fellow crew members, flight deck personnel, and ground staff to coordinate operations, share information, and address any issues or concerns that arise during the flight. Crew Coordination: Working collaboratively with other cabin crew members to divide tasks, manage workload, and ensure smooth operations throughout the flight, fostering teamwork and mutual support among crew members. Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness when interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds, respecting cultural norms, customs, and preferences to provide inclusive and respectful service. Appearance and Grooming: Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to grooming standards set by the airline, including wearing the uniform correctly and presenting a neat and well-groomed appearance at all times.
