Pre-Flight Duties: Before the flight, you attend briefings with the flight crew to review safety procedures, flight details, and passenger information. You prepare the cabin by conducting safety checks, ensuring emergency equipment is in place, and verifying supplies are stocked. Passenger Assistance: You greet passengers as they board the aircraft, assist with finding their seats, stowing carry-on luggage, and securing belongings. You provide assistance to passengers with special needs, such as elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, or passengers with disabilities. Safety Demonstrations: You conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations or briefings to educate passengers on emergency procedures, including the use of seat belts, life vests, oxygen masks, and emergency exits. You ensure passengers are aware of safety protocols and evacuation procedures. In-Flight Service: During the flight, you provide in-flight services, including serving meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers according to their preferences. You respond to passenger requests promptly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight. Medical Assistance: You provide basic first aid assistance to passengers who require medical attention during the flight. This may include administering medication, treating minor injuries, or coordinating with medical professionals on the ground for further assistance. Security Procedures: You enforce security measures on board the aircraft, including monitoring passenger behavior, identifying and addressing security risks or threats, and ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations. Cabin Cleanliness: You maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the cabin throughout the flight, including cleaning lavatories, collecting trash, and replenishing supplies as needed. You ensure the cabin environment is hygienic and comfortable for passengers. Communication: You communicate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff to relay important information, coordinate service activities, and address any issues or emergencies that arise during the flight. You use communication equipment, such as interphones or headsets, to stay connected. Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, you follow established procedures for evacuating passengers, securing the cabin, and assisting with emergency equipment. You remain calm, alert, and focused on ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers and crew. Post-Flight Duties: After the flight, you assist passengers with disembarking, collect feedback or comments from passengers, and conduct post-flight inspections of the cabin. You ensure the cabin is secure and ready for the next flight.
