Job description

Calendar Management: Manage calendars and schedules for executives or team members, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members or departments, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with project coordination. Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. This may involve providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Event Planning: Coordinate and organize events such as conferences, meetings, and corporate functions. This includes arranging venues, catering, transportation, and logistics. Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts. This may also involve managing petty cash and expense reports. HR Support: Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records. This may also involve coordinating HR activities such as training sessions and performance reviews. Office Policies and Procedures: Enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and regulations. This includes providing guidance to staff and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
