Maintaining employee records and managing HR-related inquiries. Financial Administration: Assisting with budgeting and expense management. Processing invoices, payments, and reimbursements. Communication and Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Managing schedules and appointments for senior management. Records Management: Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases. Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Event Coordination: Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinating logistics such as venue booking, catering, and attendee management. Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. Providing guidance on policy interpretation to employees. IT and Technical Support: Coordinating IT support services and troubleshooting technical issues. Managing office technology and equipment.
