Financial Management: Overseeing budget preparation, monitoring expenses, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations. Records and Information Management: Establishing systems for record-keeping, maintaining organizational files and documents, and ensuring data security and confidentiality. Communication and Correspondence: Facilitating internal and external communication, handling correspondence, drafting reports, and maintaining communication channels within the organization. Policy Development and Implementation: Developing organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and communicating policies to staff members. Facilities and Equipment Management: Managing facilities, maintenance, and repairs, overseeing procurement of office supplies and equipment, and ensuring safety and security measures are in place. Event Planning and Coordination: Organizing meetings, conferences, and events, coordinating logistics, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for executives and staff. Customer and Stakeholder Relations: Handling inquiries from clients, customers, or stakeholders, providing support, and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication and service. Strategic Planning Support: Assisting senior management in strategic planning initiatives, conducting research and analysis, preparing reports, and contributing to decision-making processes.
