Customer Service: Greet customers and provide assistance with fueling vehicles. Answer questions about fuel types, prices, and other services available at the petrol station. Payment Processing: Accept payments from customers for fuel purchases. Operate cash registers or payment terminals to process transactions accurately. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling fuel, including fire safety and spillage prevention. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of fueling areas, pumps, and surrounding grounds. Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on fuel pumps and equipment. Inventory Management: Monitor fuel inventory levels and inform management of stock shortages or discrepancies. Receive and verify fuel deliveries, ensuring accurate quantities and quality. Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies such as fuel spills or customer vehicle breakdowns. Provide assistance and alert emergency services if necessary.
