Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely information about the financial performance and position of the organization. Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts, in the organization's accounting system. This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial activities to facilitate financial analysis and reporting. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts by analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and projecting future financial performance. This helps management make informed decisions and allocate resources effectively. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, calculating tax liabilities, and advising on tax planning strategies. This involves staying updated on changes to tax laws and implementing tax-efficient practices to minimize tax liabilities. Auditing and Internal Controls: Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures, identify areas of improvement, and mitigate risks of fraud or financial mismanagement. This helps safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to evaluate profitability, liquidity, solvency, and efficiency of operations.
