Financial Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records of the organization, including transactions, expenses, income, and assets. Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to reflect the financial health and performance of the organization. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts based on historical data and future business plans. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time. This includes income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, and other applicable taxes. Auditing: Coordinating and assisting with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making, such as cost reduction initiatives, revenue enhancement strategies, and investment opportunities. Payroll Processing: Calculating employee salaries, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Financial Systems and Controls: Establishing and maintaining financial controls and systems to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure integrity in financial reporting. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks that could impact the organization's financial performance or reputation.
