Job description

Abacus Techniques: Teach students how to manipulate the abacus beads to represent numbers, perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division operations, and solve mathematical problems efficiently. Demonstrate various abacus techniques, methods, and shortcuts to improve calculation speed and accuracy. Skill Development: Facilitate hands-on practice and exercises to help students develop proficiency and fluency in using the abacus. Provide guided practice sessions, drills, and challenges to reinforce learning and build confidence in performing mental arithmetic tasks. Individualized Instruction: Provide personalized instruction and support to students who require additional help mastering abacus skills or understanding mathematical concepts. Offer one-on-one tutoring sessions, extra practice opportunities, or alternative explanations to address individual learning needs. Problem-Solving Skills: Foster critical thinking skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities among students by presenting challenging mathematical problems and puzzles.
